To view the newsletter, go to: We would also like to remind parents that all camper forms are due to the Southwoods Winter office by May 1st. March 1st, 2010 The March edition of the Southwoods Way will soon be published. If you have Camper News you would like to have included, please email it to: office@southwoods.com by March 10th. February 4th, 2010 The Parent Handbook, Cloz Catalogue and Forms mailer was sent via US postal service on February 3rd. As stated in previous mailings, this packet will include; 1) Health History & Examination Form, 2) Meningitis Information, 3) Kidsmedpacks Information, 4) the Parent Handbook, 5) Cloz Catalogue, 6)Parent's Day Information and 7) the Southwoods Registration Agreement (only for campers whom we have not received one for at this time). All other forms will be available online only (unless hard copies are requested). These forms include; 1) Camper Information, 2)Parent/Camper Information, 3) Authorization Form, 4) Off-Site Swim Permission Form, 5) SW Baggage Service Registration, 6)Horseback Ridging Forms, 7) Transportation To/From Camp Form, and 8) Camp Trucking Registration Form.
